Rosie's Computer Help Limited provides understandable, experienced, on-site computer help for individuals and small businesses. We focus on our clients’ needs, rather than on the hardware and software. We are a small company based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Rosie Hancock, Director and Owner, has 20 years of business and IT experience, both having worked for large organisations (including IBM, Andersen Consulting and Meridian Energy) and also having run her own IT consulting business in the UK. Her clients have included organisations of all sizes, from small one-person businesses to multi-national companies, and individuals of all ages. Her oldest client to date is 95!

Rosie's passion is to help people enhance their lives by using computers more effectively. She started Rosie's Computer Help Limited to give individuals and small businesses quality, understandable, useful computer consulting advice at affordable rates.

Rosie's Computer Help Limited is unique in Christchurch for the breadth and depth of our IT and business experience. We are friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and competent. We explain what individuals and small businesses need to know in simple, understandable ways, in plain English. We make sure we understand what clients need, and then provide only that, so they don't pay for any extras.
